How to request deletion

• Send an email to info@cloudplus-it.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Include the phone number or email address associated with your information, and the name of the business you interacted with if you contacted a business that uses Cloud Plus AI.
• We may ask you to confirm the request from the same phone number or email address so we can verify it is you.

What happens next

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymise the personal information we hold about you, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations, and we will confirm by email when this is complete.

If your information was processed on behalf of a business using Cloud Plus AI, we will coordinate the request with that business.
