It covers this website and Cloud Plus AI, our business messaging platform that helps companies manage customer conversations on WhatsApp and related operations such as leads, quotations, appointments and service jobs. Questions can be sent to info@cloudplus-it.com.

Information we process

• Contact details you share with us, such as your name, company, email address and phone number.
• WhatsApp messages exchanged between a business using Cloud Plus AI and its customers, including the customer's WhatsApp phone number, profile name, message content and delivery status.
• Business records created while serving a customer, such as leads, quotations, appointments and service jobs.
• Account and usage information for people who sign in to the Cloud Plus AI workspace, such as name, email address, role and activity logs.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure our services, such as IP address, browser type and system logs.

How we use information

• To provide, operate and support Cloud Plus AI and our technology services.
• To receive and send WhatsApp messages on behalf of the business that uses the platform, through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.
• To generate suggested or automated replies using artificial intelligence services, based on the conversation and the business's approved information.
• To keep records, prevent misuse, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
• To respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about our services.

Website forms

When you submit a form on our website, we use your name, phone number and, if provided, your email, company and message only to respond to your request. We contact you on WhatsApp only if you tick the consent box.

Businesses using Cloud Plus AI

When a business uses Cloud Plus AI to communicate with its customers, that business decides why and how its customers' information is used, and we process that information on its behalf. Customers of those businesses should contact the business directly about their information; we will support the business in responding.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services, including with Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), artificial intelligence providers that generate replies, and hosting and infrastructure providers, or where required by law.

Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed to provide the services, for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Businesses using Cloud Plus AI can request deletion of their data.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and separation of each business's data.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you messages, by contacting info@cloudplus-it.com. You can also stop WhatsApp messages from a business at any time by blocking it or replying to opt out. Data deletion instructions are available at cloudplus-it.com/data-deletion.
